Are Blackjack Tables Rigged?

An Overview of Blackjack
Blackjack is a casino game that has been around for centuries. It is a two-player game where each player tries to beat the dealer by getting as close to 21 as possible without going over. The object of the game is to deal cards, using either the face value or the point value, until the player either has two cards of the same rank, or runs out of cards.

If the player has a higher total than the dealer, then they are said to have “won” that round and can cash out. If the player has a lower total than the dealer, then they are said to have “lost” that round and must either put more money into the casino or take another turn playing against the dealer.

There are a few key things to keep in mind when playing blackjack:
-The house edge is always 2.25% in Las Vegas casinos and 1.

76% outside of Las Vegas
-The point value on each card ranges from 2 through 10, with 2 being the Lowest and 10 being the highest
-There are no blackjacks; only face cards (King, Queen, Jack, Ace) and ten spot (zero through nine)
-Aces count as 1 point, 2s count as 2 points, 3s count as 3 points, 4s count as 4 points, 5s count as 5 points, 6s count as 6 points, 7s count as 7 points and 8s count as 8 points
-If both players have an equal number of cards (e.g., two pair with both players having two pair), then they go back to counting against point values again and whichever player has more total after all of their cards are played wins that round
-If one player has an Ace plus any card worth 10 or more (e.g., an Ace plus two 3s), then that player automatically wins that round regardless of what else is in their hand.
