There are no legal slots in Wisconsin, but there are some illegal slots in the state.
The Wisconsin legislature has considered legalizing slots several times, but has never passed a bill.
In October 2017, the state’s attorney general filed a lAWSuit against the operators of three illegal slots parlors in Milwaukee.
The suit claims that the parlors have been operating without a gambling license and are therefore breaking state law.
The attorney general’s office is asking for a judgment ordering the closure of the parlors, as well as fines and penalties.
There is no word yet on whether or not the three parlors will be closed.
