There is a lot of debate surrounding whether or not people can legally play real money poker online in Arizona. In general, most states do not have lAWS that specifically prohibit online poker, so it is legal to play in most states.

Again this bill attracted controversy from opponents who claim it will lead to full-scale gambling on games likeslot machines but so far there has been no evidence this has actually happened in other jurisdictions where digital gaming devices are now legal either . So overall while there are still some opponents out there trying to stop legalized online poker in Arizona they haven’t been successful so far . In conclusion while you cannot legally play live cash games with other players in Arizona you can still participate in sanctioned tournaments or fantasy sports betting games with no penalties attached .
