The rules of blackjack are simple: players are dealt two cards face-up, and then must decide whether to hit or stand. If a player decides to hit, they may choose to take the sum of the two cards or double their bet (if they are playing with casino chips).
If the player decides to stand, they receive their original bet back plus the sum of the two cards.
There are several variations of blackjack that can be played at Bellagio, including Spanish 21, which features an additional card that must be added to the deck after each hand; Deuces Wild, which allows players to hold two cards of the same rank; and Jacks or Better, which requires players to receive a minimum bet of two coins before playing any hands.
Despite its name, Bellagio does not offer $5 blackjack – this game is only available at some other Las Vegas casinos. However, Bellagio’s blackjack games are generally considered among the best in town, and players who visit the casino should definitely check them out.
