Does Dan Harrington Still Play Poker?

Dan Harrington, the 2003 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event champion, has not played poker professionally in over a decade. However, in March 2017, he made a return to the WSOP Main Event and finished in fourth place.

In an interview with ESPN shortly after his fourth-place finish, Harrington discussed his comeback and why he decided to play again.

“I just felt like it was time,” Harrington said. “I felt like I had something to prove.

I’ve been away from it for 10 years and people have forgotten about me.”.

Harrington’s return to the Main Event was not without its challenges. He was forced to compete against some of the world’s best poker players and had to overcome significant adversity in order to make it all the way to the final table.

Despite these challenges, Harrington was able to achieve his goal of returning to the WSOP Main Event and playing on the biggest stage in poker.

In conclusion, it appears that Dan Harrington still has what it takes to be a successful poker player. Despite being away from the game for over a decade, he was able to make a return and compete against some of the world’s best players.

His fourth-place finish at the WSOP 2017 Main Event confirms this fact.
