Since retiring from professional poker in 2009, Victoria Coren Mitchell has been concentrating on her new career as a television presenter and writer. However, in a recent interview with The Times, Mitchell hinted that she might be ready to return to the poker table.
“I’d love to play again,” she said. “But I don’t know if I can do it with the same level of intensity.”
Mitchell has never been one to shy away from a challenge, and it would be interesting to see how she would fair against the best poker players in the world. Her lack of experience might count against her, but she is definitely one entertaining player to watch.
