How Do I Use Appointment Slots in Google Calendar?

If you have a lot of appointments, using appointment slots in Google Calendar can help you organize your schedule. When you create an appointment, you can choose to use a slot or not.

Appointment slots work like a “free” slot in your calendar. You can add an appointment to the slot, or move an existing appointment to the slot. .

If you want to use a slot, first make sure that it’s empty. To see if an appointment is available in a slot, go to the agenda view and look for the “Available Slots” column.

If there is an appointment already in the slot, it will have a green checkmark next to it. If the slot is free, you will see a gray checkmark next to it.

To add an appointment to a slot, go to the “Appointments” tab in your calendar and select the “Add Appointment” button. You will be asked to enter the date and time of the appointment.

The appointment will then be added to the slot and will have a green checkmark next to it.

To move an existing appointment to a slot, go to the “Appointments” tab in your calendar and select the “Move Appointment” button.

The existing appointment will then be moved to the slot and will have a green checkmark next to it.

If you want to remove an appointment from a slot, go to the “Appointments” tab in your calendar and select the “Remove Appointment” button.
