Playing 21 blackjack is a fun and easy way to win some money. There are a few basic rules to follow, and you can play the game with either a single deck or with a double deck.
The goal of the game is to get as close to 21 as possible without going over. To do this, you will need to make sure that you hit your hands as often as possible and avoid giving away any cards.
To start playing, place the bet and place your chips in the middle of the table. The dealer will then give you two cards face down.
You can look at these cards, but you are not allowed to show them to anyone else.
After you have looked at your cards, the dealer will give you another two cards. You can now either keep these cards or put them back in the deck and draw another two cards.
If you choose to keep your original two cards, then this will be your starting point for the next round of the game. If you choose to draw new cards, then this will be your starting point for the next round of the game, plus one.
So if you choose to draw three new cards, then your starting point for the next round of the game would be four cards instead of two.
Once you have decided how many new cards to draw, place these new cards face down in front of you so that everyone else at the table knows what card count you are currently using. This is also known as “ announcing” or “telling” your hand.
Once everyone has announced their hand, the dealer will give everyone their final two cards and begin playing again. The first person to get over 21 (or any number that they choose) will win the pot that is currently sitting in front of them.
