1. Open Google Sheets and create a new sheet.

2. On the new sheet, enter the following data:

Email:
Time Slot: (1-5pm, 6-9pm, 10pm-12am)

3. To create a time slot, select the column heading and click the dropdown arrow beside it.

Select the time slot you want to use from the list that appears.
