To begin making beef roulette, first take the beef and cut it into small pieces. Next, put the beef into a bowl and add the cheese. Mix the two ingredients together until they are well combined.

Next, put the bread rolls in another bowl and pour water over them so that they are wetted down. Then, add the onion to the bowl with the beef and cheese mixture and mix everything together again until everything is well combined.

Now it is time to prepare the roulette wheel. Take one black pepper shaker and put half of a teaspoon of salt into it.

Next, take one green onion and cut it in half so that it has two equal pieces. Finally, take one olive and cut it in half so that it has four equal pieces.

Next, it is time to start cooking the beef mixture in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the beef mixture for about five minutes or until it is cooked through but still pink in the center.

Then, remove the skillet from heat and let it cool for a few minutes so that the flavors can meld together.

Now it is time to assemble the beef roulette by placing one piece of cooked beef on one piece of bread roll followed by one piece of cheese covered in another piece of bread roll then place another piece of bread roll on top of that so that everything is enclosed inside of it like an egg-roll style sandwich wrap Then place the wrapped sandwich onto a plate and top with another piece of bread roll before serving hot with salsa on the side for dipping.
