How Is 2 Card Poker Played?

In Texas Hold’em poker, each player is dealt two cards face down. The player with the highest card in their hand (the “pot”) starts the hand, and the other players are forced to either put money into the pot or pass.

The goal of Texas Hold’em is to get as close to 21 as possible, which is called “flipping over”. To flip over, a player must have a higher card than what was previously played, and can do so by either taking another card or by putting money into the pot.

If a player has no better options, they must put money into the pot. If another player has a higher card than what was previously played, that player can take the money and keep playing.

If a player doesn’t have a higher card or can’t put money into the pot, they must pass. If another player passes before that player has a chance to put money into the pot, that player is out of the hand and loses their bet.

The last person remaining in the hand is the winner.
