Duty Roulette is a game mode in Rainbow Six Siege that pits two teams of five players against each other in a series of rounds. In each round, one player from each team is chosen to be the captain, and they are given a set of three random cards.
These cards determine which team the captain will play for, and which objectives they will have to complete.
The first round of each game is an objective round, in which the captain and their team must complete a specific task. These tasks can vary from defending a certain point for a set amount of time, to capturing a specific area.
After the first round is complete, the teams switch roles, and the next round is an objective round with the opposite team being the captain.
Each game in Duty Roulette lasts three rounds, with each round lasting 15 minutes. If one team is victorious, they are crowned the victors and move on to the next stage of the game.
If both teams are undefeated at the end of three rounds, then the game ends in a tie and both teams are awarded bronze medals.
