There are two ways of playing blackjack – with one or two cards. In one hand, a player is dealt one card face down and thenmust either hit or stand. If they hit, they receive another card and add it to their hand. If theystand, they receive another card and the dealer adds another card to the deck.
In two-card blackjack,a player is dealt two cards face down and must either hit or stand. If they hit, they receiveanother card and add it to their hand. If they stand, they receive another card and thedealer adds another card to the deck. .
In both cases, if a player receives a ten or a Jack, they must turn them over in order to continueplaying. There are also variants of blackjack where the dealer gives the player an option of hittingor standing depending on what cards have been dealt so far.
