How Many Points Are Face Cards in Blackjack?

In blackjack, the face cards are Ace through 10. The point value of each card is as follows: Ace = 1 point, 2 = 2 points, 3 = 3 points, 4 = 4 points, 5 = 5 points, 6 = 6 points, 7 = 7 points, 8 = 8 points, 9 = 9 points, 10= 10 points. So in total, a deck of 52 cards has a value of 500 + (Ace-2). The dealer must hand over the first card from the deck and then clockwise deal the rest of the cards face down to the player.

The player can then turn over any card to see its point value and place it on the table in front of them. If they are lucky enough to have a higher point value card than any other player(s), they can “hit” or “stand” according to those values. If they are not lucky enough to have a higher point value card and another player does, then that other player gets to take their turn and play one more turn before the next dealer comes around.
