There are different ways to play blackjack, but the most common way is to split the deck between the player and dealer, with each player receiving two cards face down. The goal is to make as many total points as possible by adding up the values of the cards dealt, including any face-upces (kings or aces).
Aces are worth one point each, 2s through 10s are worth face value, and a king (or any other card with a value of 10) is worth ten points.
