In Omaha, there are five different hands: two pair, three of a kind, straight, flush, and full house. The flop (the first three cards) and the turn (the fourth card) determine which hand to play. After that, the fifth card is revealed and play continues as normal. In Seven-card Stud, there are also five hands: two pair, three of a kind, flush, full house (one pair plus one card), and four of a kind (two pairs plus two cards).
The fourth card is always dealt as part of the hand. Russian Roulette has no specific hands that need to be played; it’s just a game of chance where each player bets on whether or not they will get a particular number on their next spin of the die.
