Blackjack is a classic card game that is played with one deck of cards. The goal of the game is to hit the casino’s minimum bet, or to reach a specific hand score. There are several different variations of blackjack that are played around the world, but the basic rules are the same. The player starts by placing a bet, and then selects one of their cards as the hit card.
The next card is then dealt face down, and the player’s hand is evaluated based on the seven card combination that was revealed. If the player’s hand totals at least 21 points, they are awarded a point, and their bet is increased by one dollar. If the player’s hand falls short of 21 points, they lose their bet and their new bet becomes zero dollars.
