In blackjack, however, having an excellent hand isn’t always enough – you also need to be able to avoid getting caught up in “bad beats” (cases where your opponent gets lucky and beats you despite having an inferior hand).
Overall, then, poker and blackjack are similar games – but there are some important differences that should be considered before deciding which one to play.
