Is There Blackjack in Red Dead 2?

One of the most popular card games in casinos and bars is blackjack. Some would say it’s the perfect game to while away a few hours at the casino.

Red Dead Redemption 2 offers up a chance to play blackjack, but it’s not as simple as just walking up to a table and plunking down some chips.

Before you can even consider playing blackjack in Red Dead Redemption 2, you’ll need to find a casino. Not all of them are open at all times, so you’ll want to check the in-game map first.

Once you’ve found a casino, head inside and take a look at the tables. You’ll see that most of them have one or more blackjack tables available.

To start playing, you’ll need to place some chips on the table. You can either use cash or gold coins, but make sure you have enough of each so you don’t have to wait long for your next turn.

Once your chips are on the table, it’s time to start playing blackjack. The rules are pretty simple: each player starts with two cards face down and tries to get as close to 21 as possible without going over.

If you bust (go over 21), you lose your entire bet and the dealer flips over their next card. You can also win if the dealer has a lower hand (aces high or better) than yours, but again, it’s not easy – winning requires good luck and some skill.
