Pennsylvania is one of the 26 states in the United States of America that have legalized poker. The state legalized poker in April of 2012. As of now, there is no live poker being played in Pennsylvania. This is due to the fact that there are no licensed operators currently operating in the state.
There are a few online poker sites that offer Pennsylvania residents access to their poker rooms, but these sites are not operated by licensed operators. If and when a licensed operator becomes available in Pennsylvania, live poker may begin to be played in the state.
