What Do Blackjack Dealers Do?

In the world of Blackjack, dealers are responsible for taking cards, counting up chips, and making sure the game is running smoothly. Dealers also keep track of player hand positions and how many cards remain in the deck.

Dealers also keep track of how much money players have in their hands. When it’s player’s turn, dealers give them a card and sometimes a chip to show that they are ready to play.

Then, dealers give the next player a card and continue counting down until there are only two cards left in the deck.

The objective of Blackjack is to beat the dealer by getting as close to 21 as possible. To do this, players must draw cards and discard until they have three cards that together add up to 21.

If a player has two cards that add up to 21, then they must either split the difference (e.g., if one card is 15 and the other is 10, they would take both cards and put them in their hand) or go all-in (put all their chips on one card).
