What Do You Do in Blackjack Situations?

Blackjack, like any other casino game, has a number of different situations that can arise. In this article, we will discuss some of the most common blackjack situations and what you should do in each one.

Situation 1: You Are the Dealer

In this situation, you are the dealer and you are playing against the player to your left. The table is set up so that there are two decks of cards – an Ace-Deck and a Two-Deck.

The goal of the game is to score as many points as possible by adding up the value of your cards (Aces high, then Deuces low).

The following are all of the possible blackjack hands and what they correspond to:

Hands ace through ten (A), jack (J), queen (Q), 10 (10), 9 (9), 8 (8), 7 (7), 6 (6), 5 (5), 4 (4), 3 (3), 2 (2).

In this situation, you would normally play either a 7 or an 8. If the player to your left is also playing 7 or 8, then you would both add up your hands and whoever has the higher total card wins the hand.

If the player to your left is playing any other hand, then you would play against them accordingly.
