The Blackjack Dog is a casino game that is played with a standard deck of 52 playing cards. The object of the game is to achieve a higher hand value than the dealer. The dealer starts the hand by drawing two cards and then hands them off to the player. The player then either puts money into the pot or passes. If the player put money into the pot, then they are given another card, and if they passed, then the next player in line (assuming there is one) gets to put money into the pot.
The hand continues like this until someone either has a higher hand value than the dealer or runs out of cards. At this point, any leftover money in the pot goes to the winner. In Blackjack Dog, each player starts with a 10-point bankroll, and all bets are made with chips (not cash). In addition, any hand that goes over 21 (inclusive) is automatically a blackjack and pays 2-to-1 instead of 1-to-1.
