What Is a Row Bet in Roulette?

A row bet is a wager on the next number that will be shown on the roulette wheel. The bet is placed on the number in front of the player’s bet slip. The player must place a bet and then select a number to row bet on. The casino then spins the wheel and if the chosen number is shown, the player ‘wins’ their bet and collects their money.

If the chosen number is not shown, then the player ‘loses’ their bet and loses their money. There are several different types of row bets available, including straight, odd/even, low/high and even money/over/under bets.
