Double blackjack is a game of chance that is played with two decks of 52 cards. The object of the game is to score as many points as possible by making the correct choices from the two decks. The player begins by selecting two cards from their hand and placing them face down on the table.
Next, they draw two cards from the deck and place them face up on the table in front of them. The player then looks at their two face down cards and their two drawn cards to make their decision.
If their two face down cards add up to a total of 13 or more, they are considered to have hit and are awarded points accordingly. If not, they lose points based on the value of their two drawn cards.
For example, if their first drawn card is a 10 and their second drawn card is a 2, they would lose 6 points since 10 + 2 = 12. If their first drawn card is a 9 and their second drawn card is a 3, they would lose 3 points since 9 + 3 = 12.
If the player’s total score at the end of the hand is higher than the dealer’s total score, they win the hand. If not, the dealer wins.
