R Blackjack is a variation of blackjack that uses a deck of twenty-two cards. The player is dealt two cards face down, and then the remainder of the deck is turned over, one at a time. The player can either keep the first card or flip it over and add it to their hand. If the player gets a ten or an ace, they are allowed to “double down” and receive two new cards. If they get a seven or a two, they must remove one card from their hand and put it back on the deck.
The goal is to make as many runs as possible (e.g., getting three tens in a row), and the player loses if they go bust (i.e., get two losing hands in a row). R Blackjack is considered a more aggressive game than standard blackjack, as the house edge on R Blackjack is typically greater than on standard blackjack.
