What Is War Blackjack?

War Blackjack is a variation of blackjack that is played with a deck of 52 cards. The game is similar to regular blackjack, but the stakes are raised to $100 per hand. The goal of the game is to score as many points as possible while remaining in the blackjack hand. There are several different variations of war blackjack, including Spanish War Blackjack and American War Blackjack.

In Spanish War Blackjack, the dealer starts each hand with two cards face down, and the player can choose to either take the first card or the second card. If the player takes the first card, then the dealer flips over the second card, which becomes the player’s new wager. If the player takes the second card, then both cards remain face down and are used to calculate the player’s new wager. American War Blackjack is similar to Spanish War Blackjack, but the player can only choose to take one of the two cards.
