In Montana, live poker is only legal at casinos and racetracks operated by the state government. Nevada legalized live poker in 2012 and allows both casinos and non-casino venues to offer the game.

Oregon legalized live poker in 2013 and allows both casinos and non-casino venues to offer the game. Washington legalized live poker in 2014 and allows both casinos and non-casino venues to offer the game. New Jersey legalized online poker in 2011 and allows both casinos and non-casino venues to offer the game.
