What’s the Difference Between Single Deck and Double Deck Blackjack?

Single Deck Blackjack is a casino game that uses a standard 52-card deck. The player is dealt two cards face down, and then must either hit or stand. The dealer then flips over the top card of their deck, which becomes the player’s new hand.

If the player’s new hand totals at least 21, they are awarded a free draw from the deck. If the player’s new hand totals less than 21, they are forced to either hit or stand depending on the value of the card.

Double Deck Blackjack is a casino game that uses two standard 52-card decks. The player is dealt four cards face down, and then must either hit or stand. The dealer then flips over the top card of their first deck, which becomes the player’s new hand.

If the player’s new hand totals at least 21, they are awarded a free draw from the second deck.
