Brian Christopher Slots, who is better known by his stage name, Chris Brown, was born on December 13, 1989 in Tappahannock, Virginia. He is an American singer and songwriter.
In addition to his solo career, he is also the former member of the R&B group N-Dubz.
Chris Brown moved to Los Angeles at a young age to pursue a career in music. He began his musical career as a teenager, and first appeared on the music scene in 2006 with the single “Tootsie Slide.” His debut album “Expectations” was released in November 2007 and debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 chart.

Chris Brown’s sixth studio album, “X,” was released in May 2017. The album debuted at number one on both the US Billboard 200 chart and the UK Albums Chart.
The lead single from the album, “Laugh Now Cry Later,” became his eighth consecutive number one single on both charts. The album has been certified Quadruple Platinum by both Music Canada andthe RIAA. .
In October 2017, it was announced that Chris Brown would join forces with Future for a joint tour called Future Xtreme World Tour. The tour began in January 2018 and will visit several countries including Australia and New Zealand before concluding in May 2018 in Europe.
