Although Poker Central technically owns the intellectual property associated with poker, it does not actually run or manage any poker tournaments or online poker sites. This responsibility falls to individual poker software developers, who create and maintain both online and live poker games for players around the world.
In addition to developing its own poker software, Poker Central also licenses its software to other companies who wish to create their own poker games. This includes both online and live poker sites, as well as mobile apps.
