Are Blackjack Cards Dealt Face Up?

Blackjack is a card game where players compete against each other by trying to earn as many points as possible through the combination of cards they are dealt. In order to win, a player must have a higher total value of cards than their opponent.

The game is played with two standard 52-card decks. The object of the game is to achieve a hand that contains at least 21 cards, including at least one Ace.

A player’s hand is considered complete when they have both face up cards and any other type of card that is not a face card (e.g., two Queens).

Some casinos will deal blackjack cards face up, which can give players an advantage over those who play with cards that are face down. This is because when a player sees the face up card, they can better assess their chances of winning the hand.

Face down cards can also be easily concealed, making it harder for the player to determine their chances of winning.

While playing blackjack with cards that are face down can give players an advantage, it is not always the case. Players who know how to play the game and use strategy can still win hands even when playing with face down cards.
