How Do You Interview Time Slots?

Interviewing time slots can be a challenge for employers. When looking for someone to fill a position, it is important to consider the type of person that will be best suited for the job.

However, when interviewing someone for a time slot, it is important to consider how different time slots will affect that person’s availability.

From a scheduling perspective, it is important to consider how many hours per day and per week an individual is available to work. For example, someone who is available Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm may be better suited for a 9am to 5pm time slot. This individual would have more hours in which to work each day and fewer hours in which to take care of personal affairs.

On the other hand, someone who is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 10pm may be better suited for a 3pm to 11pm time slot. This individual would have fewer hours in which to work each day but would have more hours in which to take care of personal affairs.
