Is Blackjack Rigged for the Dealer?

Blackjack is a popular card game that involves a dealer and two players. The dealer deals two cards to each player and then hands the remaining card face down to the player to their left.

The aim of the game is to make as many cards as possible equal to 21 (a “blackjack”), while avoiding getting cards that would give the player an automatic loss.

There is much debate over whether blackjack is rigged in favour of the dealer. Some argue that because casinos have an inherent advantage when it comes to card counting, the game is almost always rigged in favour of the casino.

According to this theory, if a player knows how to count cards and makes strategic decisions about when and how to play, they can almost always beat the house.

Others argue that while blackjack may be rigged from time to time, it is not nearly as widespread as some believe. In fact, many casinos offer progressive blackjack games where players can win more money with each bet made.

This means that even if blackjack is not always fair, it is at least playable by most people.
