What Are the Odds in 8 Deck Blackjack?

Like any other game of chance, 8 deck blackjack has an element of risk. In order to reduce the risk, players can choose to play with a reduced number of decks (2, 3, or even 1 deck), but this does not completely eliminate the odds.

When playing with 2 or 3 decks, the house advantage is 0.55% and 0.8%, respectively. When playing with 1 deck, the house advantage is approximately 2.

8%. This means that for every 100 hands played, the house will win about 2 hands and lose about 88 hands. These odds may not seem very favourable, but if you are comfortable with a slightly higher risk profile, then reduced deck blackjack can be a viable option.
