What Does a BlackJack Taste Like?

A blackjack is a casino game that is played with a standard 52-card deck. The object of the game is to achieve a higher hand than the other player, by either splitting pairs or getting a higher sum of cards.

The playing field consists of two rows of five cards each, with the player to the dealer’s left starting the game. The player places one card face down on the table, and then drAWS another card from the deck.

If the card drawn is an Ace, two, or three, then that card is added to the player’s hand and played face up next to the first card. If the card drawn is a two through ten, it is placed on top of the first card, and another card is drawn from the deck.

If the drawn card is one of those numbers that does not appear in either player’s hand (King, Queen, Jack or 10), then it is added to the dealer’s hand and another card is drawn from the deck. The game proceeds as normal from that point on.

The objective of blackjack is to achieve 21 points or more (a “blackjack”), which in turn results in either doubling (two cards are added to your hand) or tripling (three cards are added to your hand). If you are dealt four cards (a “four-of-a-kind”), then you automatically win and no additional cards are drawn.
