What Happened Blackjack Lanza?

In 1994, blackjack player Edward “Buddy” Lanza was indicted on charges of cheating at the game. It is alleged that Lanza used a special card counting technique to win large sums of money from other players.

Lanza was found guilty and sentenced to 10 years in prison.

After serving five years of his sentence, Lanza was released on parole in 2001. He has since disappeared and is presumed to be living under an assumed name.

Lanza’s blackjack cheating scheme is not the only example of gaming-related fraud. In recent years, there have been numerous reports of casino employees engaging in cheating, rigging games, and other illegal activity.

As a result, many casinos have tightened their security measures and implemented stricter rules governing gambling behavior.
