What Is 7 Card Poker Called?

7 Card Poker is a hand-held card game that is played with a standard deck of 52 cards. The object of the game is to win as many hands as possible by making better hands than the other players.

The player with the highest score at the end of the game wins.

There are three basic rules of 7 Card Poker:

1. The player to the dealer’s left starts the hand.
2. The player to the dealer’s left selects one card from their hand and discards one.
3. The other players select cards from their hands and discard them, until all players have four cards remaining.
4. The player with the highest card in their hand plays first and then all other players play clockwise around the table, playing one more card than what was played previously.

5. Play passes to the left each time a player loses a round of betting.
6. If two or more players have the same number of cards, those players play a round of tiebreaker poker to determine who moves on to the next round.
7. If there is still a tie after playing tiebreaker poker, then a random drawing is performed to determine who moves on to the next round.
