The Ace of Spades is the highest card in a poker deck and the Two of Clubs is the Lowest. The other cards have values between 1 and 10.

The ranking of poker cards is important because it affects how the different cards are used in combination. For instance, if you have a Five of Spades and a Two of Clubs in your hand, you might want to use the Five of Spades to make a high-value five-card combination (e.g.
5 of spades, 2 of clubs, 3 of hearts, 4 of diamonds, 5th card, Ace), rather than using the Two of Clubs to make a two-card combination (e.g. 2 of clubs, 3rd card from bottom).
