Blackjack Percy Jackson is a fictional character in the Percy Jackson series. He is a half-blood son of Poseidon and Demeter, and a member of the Olympian gods. He attends Camp Half-Blood along with his friends, Grover Underwood, Annabeth Chase, and Jason Grace.
Blackjack is described as being “strong and fast” and “reckless”. He is often involved in humorous antics with his friends.
Blackjack first appears in The Lightning Thief, accompanying Percy on his quest to retrieve the Golden Fleece from Camp Jupiter. He helps fight against the Roman demigods and is later mentioned by Percy when he talks about how he was able to defeat Grover Underwood in a swordfight.
In The Sea of Monsters, Blackjack helps save Camp Half-Blood from the giant monster Typhon. He then accompanies Percy on his quest to find the Golden Fleece. During their journey, they encounter various monsters and challenges along the way. They eventually reach Camp Jupiter and battle the monster Gaea.
Blackjack survives the battle but is badly injured. He is healed by Athena but remains exhausted from the experience.
In The Titan’s Curse, Blackjack accompanies Percy on his quest to find Zeus’s medallion in order to prevent Mount Olympus from being destroyed by Kronos. They encounter many obstacles along the way but eventually reach Mount Olympus and defeat Kronos.
In The Battle of The Labyrinth, Blackjack joins forces with Annabeth Chase, Piper McLean, and Leo Valdez to help save Camp Half-Blood from the Minotaur. They eventually defeat him and return everyone safely home.
In The House of Hades, Blackjack joins forces with Annabeth Chase, Tyson Beckendorf, Rachel Dare, and Jason Grace to help save Olympus from Hades.
In The Blood of Olympus, Blackjack joins forces with Annabeth Chase, Tyson Beckendorf, Rachel Dare, and Jason Grace to help save Olympus from Ares.
In The Mark of Athena, Blackjack joins forces with Annabeth Chase, Tyson Beckendorf, Rachel Dare, and Jason Grace to help save Olympus from Thanatos’s army.
In The Death of Adonis, Blackjack joins forces with Annabeth Chase, Tyson Beckendorf (now a Lost Boy), Rachel Dare (now a Huntress), and Jason Grace (now a War God) to help save Olympus from Ares’s army led by Thanatos himself.
