Will There Be a World Series of Poker This Year?

After a long and grueling season of poker, the world’s best poker players will converge on Las Vegas this November for the World Series of Poker. The WSOP is the world’s largest professional poker tournament, and in past years has attracted some of the biggest names in poker.

This year, however, there is a significant question mark hanging over the event.

The WSOP is currently facing a lAWSuit from players who argue that the tournament organizers have not been paying out the promised prize money. If successful, this suit could potentially cripple the WSOP and halt its annual tradition.

The lAWSuit has yet to be resolved and could have far-reaching consequences for both the tournament and poker as a whole.

Should the lAWSuit drag on into 2017, it’s possible that the WSOP won’t happen at all. In this case, it would be a huge loss for poker fans around the world as one of the biggest annual events in professional poker would be cancelled.

At this point, it’s still unclear what will happen with regards to the lAWSuit and whether or not it will interfere with the WSOP happening this November. However, given how much money is at stake, we’ll be keeping an eye on developments to see if there is a World Series of Poker this year.
