How Is Roulette Paid Out?

In roulette, each player bets on one of 36 numbers displayed on a wheel. The player who correctly guesses the number that will be pulled out of the wheel wins the bet.

If no number is drawn, then the player who bet on the “6” (the number in the middle of the wheel) loses. .

In order for a bet to be placed, a player selects one of the 36 numbers that will be displayed on the wheel. Roulette wheels are set up so that there are either odd or even numbers shown at a time.

Players can also place bets on what color (black, red, or green) will come next after the number they have chosen is drawn. In addition to these basic wagers, players can also make bets on whether or not any number in a particular row or column will be drawn.

The ball is spun around the wheel and stops at one of 36 numbered slots. The slot where the ball stopped determines which number is drawn.

The number that is drawn is called a “point” and it is placed in one of four columns on the table in front of where the player was standing when his bet was placed (or if he didn’t place a bet, it goes in column “A”).

After all 36 numbers have been drawn, the player with the most points from all his bets (plus any bonus points for any specific types of wagers he may have made) wins the game. If there is a tie for first place, then additional points are awarded until someone emerges as the victor.

There are several things that can affect how often a particular number will be drawn: it can be influenced by how much money has been wagered on it; whether or not any other numbers in that particular column or row have been hit; and whether or not there are any “bonus” numbers associated with it (such as an extra point if it’s drawn as part of a multi-number combination).
Bets can also be placed on other things besides just which number will be drawn – for example, whether black, red, or green will come next after your chosen number has been revealed.

Roulette wheels usually have anywhere from 18 to 38 numbered slots – meaning that there are possible outcomes with more than two hundred and fifty different combinations! This makes roulette an extremely difficult game to predict with certainty – something that casinos take advantage of by offering different types of bonuses to players who manage to achieve certain outcomes in roulette.
