There are three types of decks in blackjack: regular, joker, and double deck. There are also two types of hands: straight and draw.
A regular deck contains 52 cards. A joker is a special card that can be used as either a wild card or to replace any card in the deck.
A double deck contains two separate decks of cards – one with 52 cards and one with 54 cards. When playing with a double deck, each hand is played with two different decks of cards.
There are theoretically an infinite number of different ways to play blackjack, as the combinations of hands and cards are virtually unlimited. However, in practice there are only a few basic combinations that occur frequently in casino games.
