KINGS (high card): The king is the highest-ranking card in a deck of 52 cards. It is worth 10 points, and is typically played when the player has nothing else to play.
JACKS (medium card): The jack is the second-highest ranking card in a deck of 52 cards. It is worth 5 points, and is often played when the player has two queens or two jacks.
QUEENS (low card): The queen is the Lowest ranking card in a deck of 52 cards. It is worth 2 points, and is often played when the player has one king or one queen.
POKES (wild card): The poker deck also includes a wildcard, which is known as a poker chip or just a chip. This chip can be used to substitute for any other card in a hand.
A poker hand with one king and one poker chip would be considered a full house – three of a kind.
