Why Can’t I See Appointment Slots on Google Calendar?

If you’re having trouble seeing appointment slots on your Google Calendar, there’s a good chance that you’re not using the default calendar view. In this article, we’ll show you how to change your calendar view so that you can see more appointment slots.

Default Calendar View

The default calendar view is the “day” view. This view shows all of your appointments on a single day, with the time and date listed in the top left corner.

To switch to the “week” view, open the menu bar and click on “Calendar.” Then, select “Week View.”.

Week View

The “week” view shows all of your appointments on every day of the week. This view is helpful if you want to see all of your appointments at once, or if you want to see which days have appointments scheduled.

To switch to the “month” view, open the menu bar and click on “Calendar.” Then, select “Month View.

Month View

The “month” view shows all of your appointments on every day of the month. This is helpful if you want to see which days have appointments scheduled.

To switch back to the default “day” view, open the menu bar and click on “Calendar.” Then, select “Day View.
